Attorney Drew Maley is certified as a specialist in family law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He has been practicing family law since 2012. Initially at a boutique family law firm in Los Angeles and, since 2015, in the Santa Barbara County area. Drew's practice serves a diverse clientele including prominent figures in business and entertainment, institutional clients such as trust companies and banks, and fire & law enforcement personnel.  

A former resident of Santa Barbara, Drew returned to the area in 2015 with his wife, also an attorney, where they are now raising their young children.  Drew is deeply rooted in the legal community and the Santa Barbara community at large. He understands the sensitive nature of family law matters, and the need for discretion— especially in communities where social circles are small.  He is well-practiced at navigating the courts in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Ventura, and Los Angeles.  

Drew started The Maley Firm out of a desire to innovate within what is typically a regimented and antiquated field. A former product manager at a tech company, Drew still retains that entrepreneurial spirit and saw the opportunity to build a better, more modern law firm. He strives to bring a fresh and nimble approach to the practice of family law, while still delivering unwaveringly high-quality legal services to his clients.
